SmartIce Feature Announcement 01/12/2017

Thank you all for your feedback on the upgraded SmartIce! We listened to you and have made some updates based on what we heard. You will see changes to your SmartIce view, including an upgraded Performance Recap Report and new "Quick Links" on the Dashboard for further ease of use.
