SmartIce Service Announcement 11/17/2025

One of the cellular service providers for SmartIce is experiencing a networking issue with Verizon devices. Remote commands, such as viewing cameras, remote resets, and Ice2U purchases may be affected. Credit Card purchases will still work as normal. The service provider is aware of the issue and is working towards a solution.
