SmartIce is experiencing networking issues related to one of the SmartIce cellular provider servers. The server vendor is aware of the issue, and is currently working on a resolution. You may experience intermittent behavior until the issue is resolved.

Some machines on your MACHINES page may display "No data available" under the "Vends" and/or "Events" headings, this is a temporary display issue on this page only. You can still see the accurate vend and event data for these machines on the Dashboard reports or the individual Machine reports.

Verizon has a fix for their issue and it shouldn't be too long until they are completely back up and running.

For users that have Verizon, they are currently experiencing an issue. This is a nationwide issue for Verizon users and it's sporadic unfortunately. I know that they are working to fix the issue today.

The email sending service that SmartIce uses for sending event notification emails is having an issue delivering some emails. They are aware of the issue, and are working on a resolution for it. You may experience delayed or failed notification email delivery until the issue is resolved.
