Some machines on your MACHINES page may display "No data available" under the "Vends" and/or "Events" headings, this is a temporary display issue on this page only. You can still see the accurate vend and event data for these machines on the Dashboard reports or the individual Machine reports.

The email sending service that SmartIce uses for sending event notification emails is having an issue delivering some emails. They are aware of the issue, and are working on a resolution for it. You may experience delayed or failed notification email delivery until the issue is resolved.

The email sending service that SmartIce uses for sending event notification emails has been made aware of issues with SmartIce sending emails to @txt.att.net addresses. This is an address some may be using for getting notifications sent as txt message to phones. They have looked into the issue and report that the issue appears to be on AT&T's end. You may experience delayed or failed notification email delivery to those addresses until the issue can be resolved. We will update you as information is available and once the issue is resolved.
