UPDATE - IHA has been notified by the cellular provider that the issue should be resolved now. We have also gotten several reports that customer cellular routers have returned to normal operation. If your cellular router has not returned to normal operation, try power cycling it to see if it re-establishes a network connection.

The SmartIce servers are experiencing networking slowness, and Ice House America is investigating the issue - you may experience intermittent behavior until the issue is resolved.

The SmartIce web development team will be conducting planned systems maintenance starting Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at 4:00 AM EST, lasting 5 hours. During this time, you may not be able to login to or access beta.mysmartice.com. After the maintenance window, SmartIce should return to normal operation.

The server maintenance scheduled for the beta SmartIce server on Tuesday 9/22/2015 is complete, and the server should be back to normal operation.

The beta SmartIce server appears to be experiencing delays in processing events. Ice House America is investigating the issue. You may experience delays in events being reported until the issue is resolved.

08/02/2015 2:36AM ET - The SmartIce server provider experienced technical issues with one of the SmartIce servers late Saturday evening (8/01) into early Sunday morning (8/02). The issue should be resolved now. You may experience some gaps in data starting late Saturday evening until systems are synchronized. If you experience event reporting issues after noon on Sunday (no events being reported), try powering the machine's PLC off and back on to restore event reporting.

The SmartIce cellular service provider will be conducting planned systems maintenance on Monday, June 22, 2015 between 11:00 PM EDT and 5:00 AM EDT. Minimal impact is anticipated, however you may notice a temporary drop in cellular connectivity during the maintenance window. If you experience connectivity issues after the maintenance window, try powering the cellular router off and back on to restore the network connection.
