The email sending service that SmartIce uses for sending event notification emails has been made aware of issues with SmartIce sending emails to @txt.att.net addresses. This is an address some may be using for getting notifications sent as txt message to phones. They have looked into the issue and report that the issue appears to be on AT&T's end. You may experience delayed or failed notification email delivery to those addresses until the issue can be resolved. We will update you as information is available and once the issue is resolved.

UPDATE - IHA has been notified by the cellular provider that the issue should be resolved now. We have also gotten several reports that customer cellular routers have returned to normal operation. If your cellular router has not returned to normal operation, try power cycling it to see if it re-establishes a network connection.

The SmartIce web development team will be conducting planned systems maintenance starting Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at 4:00 AM EST, lasting 5 hours. During this time, you may not be able to login to or access beta.mysmartice.com. After the maintenance window, SmartIce should return to normal operation.
